Zach Thayer is our new media intern and we’re making him
Strong(er). It’s going to be three months, a lot of reps, a lot of
“get your head right’s,” and some solid gains. Zach has a
college-level athlete history in shot put, a mind that’s open to
learning, and a strength base with which he’ll put himself to the
test over the next three months. Dave and Zach dove into
training-related topics and discussing, among other things,
strategies towards improving the strength of someone with a
novice-intermediate level of barbell training experience.
